Meat cleavers made by hand by Trevor Henderson, a butcher of 55 years who still works casually with us at McKenzie's. He shapes, sharpens and finishes each one himself in his garage workshop, using high-grade steel and solid timber handles. Each one is a little different, and numbers are limited.
