Return Policy for McKenzie's Meats

At McKenzie's Meats, we pride ourselves on offering premium quality meats and exceptional customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our return policy outlined below:

Returns & Store Credit

  • McKenzie's Meats does not offer refunds. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues such as spoilage or damage, we are able to provide store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with the product you received, you must contact us within 12 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue.
  • If we determine that the product was indeed spoiled or damaged prior to arrival, or if your order was incorrect, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item in question.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this period cannot be processed and are not eligible for store credit.

Reporting Issues

  • To report any problems with your order or to initiate a claim for store credit, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@mckenziesmeats.com.au. Make sure to provide your order number, contact information, and a clear description of the problem.
  • Our customer service team is here to assist you from Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Shipping Errors

  • In the event that you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you as soon as possible, or alternatively, we will issue store credit for the mistake.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit.
