Grass-Fed & Finished Porterhouse MB2+

100% grass-fed and finished Angus, graded MB2+ — true pasture-raised beef with visible marbling. Leaner than the scotch with a firmer bite and a more pronounced beef flavour. The cut that rewards a hot pan and a clean finish.

To cook: Bring to room temperature. Season with salt. Hot pan or grill, 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for half the cooking time before slicing across the grain.
