Portuguese Chicken Thighs

Free-range chicken thighs in a Portuguese-style marinade of smoky paprika, garlic, herbs and chilli, finished with sliced chilli and parsley. There's some heat but it isn't fierce. Grill, bake or pan-fry them for dinner, barbecues or the week's meal prep. Cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Price is per kg.
