Our free-range butterflied chickens come from Bannockburn, one of Australia's most trusted free-range chicken producers, and are an easy, premium choice for your next family meal. Each bird is butterflied by hand in-store by our butchers, with the backbone removed and the chicken flattened so it cooks faster and more evenly than a traditional whole roast. Raised ethically in accordance with strict Free Range Authority (FREPA) guidelines, Bannockburn chickens are free to roam and forage in a natural, stress-free environment.

The chickens are raised without hormones or antibiotics and processed using the low scald/air chill method, so they retain their natural moisture and tenderness.
