Beef liver pâte recipe

We know eating liver is good for us. But, the taste is so rich, eating a lot can be a challenge.

Home-made pâte is easy to make and it's delicious. It's one of the best ways to enjoy this nutrient dense delicacy.

Here's my liver pâte recipe:

1. Slice the liver

2. Fry in butter and salt

3. Pop in a blender with some more butter and optional little bit of fried beef fat

4. Blend it up and then let it set in the fridge

Et Voila!

Tip: It goes well with steak, kind of like adding mustard.
