Most caramelized onions are full of sugar, industrial seed oils, thickeners and gluten. This one isn’t, which means having a bit on the side is never a bad thing ;)

Use as an accompaniment for grilled meats, sausages, burgers, bacon and egg or steak sandwiches. Also great on a cheese platter, in a tart or for the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich!
